Shawn is a standup guy. He knows his business and has a desire to help out people. He came out to my house on Sunday morning to help get my heating back online. Had it done in no time, knew exactly what the problem was. Their prices are reasonable and he’s super friendly. If you have any heating or cooling problems give them a call. You won’t regret it!

Shawn did an excellent job! He was careful about putting on shoe covers when he entered our home to see what existing ductwork we had. Shawn provided us with several options for replacing our HVAC system and installed the new system promptly and professionally. He kept me informed on his progress and cleaned up after he was finished.  Shawn’s quote was very reasonable.  His friendly personality and knowledge about his job made him a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Shawn Paugh could not be more professional and honest.  We had to have our downstairs unit replaced, and he was fast, efficient and his price was very reasonable.  We also recently had a problem with our upstairs unit, he came in a very timely manner,discovered our problem in short order, fixed it, and was very, very reasonably priced. His business is sort of new, but he has many years of experience under his belt.  I would highly recommend him for any HVAC service you might need!

It became apparent our furnace had quit working when we got up on Christmas Eve morning. I called Shawn whom I had utilized once before and he came at 9am. He diagnosed our problem which  required a replacement for our almost 20 year old furnace. The day after Christmas, he drove to Pittsburgh to get us a new one and installed it that day. I can't say enough about Paugh's Heating and Cooling. Great customer service, workmanship and response. I highly recommend and am writing this review to let others know.

Excellent service!!! Called on Monday morning and arrived early Monday afternoon. Very professional and thorough. Fixed problem quickly and was very affordable. Highly recommend and will be the business I call for furnace/AC repair in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company and owner.  Shawn has "kept the heat/AC" on in 3 houses for us now.  We trust him completely and know he will be fair and honest.
