The moment we first crossed paths with Kevin was one of the most gratifying times for my family and new home. After being ripped off by another local plumber, Kevin came out, explain the problem and resolved the issue. This man is trustworthy and will drive not only around the washington area, but also St. Louis, St. Charles and more just to take great care of your house. 5 star reviews all the way!   I called on a Saturday just to see who could help me. The first company I called since they came up first on the google list had an answering machine. I called Patzius next and he walked me through what to do over the phone. He took his time was patient and explained thoroughly what I should do. He is obviously an honest guy that is willing to help. He has my plumbing business!
