Do not recommend. John roughed in a bathroom and agreed to work with me on a heating system. The Ruffin portion of the project went poorly with problems like sewer line being pitched in the wrong direction, shutting off supply to water heater and splashing purple primer all over freshly painted walls and flooring. At that point I tried to get another plumber but I had invested thousands of dollars in a heating system that three other plumbers I contacted would not install. I installed heat tubing to John’s specs. Then John hooked up the rest of the system. We have been been mostly without heat in our bedroom for three years now! John has made a few attempts to remedy the system to no avail. His track record for no show/no call is horrendous! Three times I took a day off from work and John did not keep his appointments. Not as much as a call. The icing on the cake is that he now claims that it is my fault that the system doesn’t work because I installed too long of a run. After talking with the manufacturer the run that was installed to John’s specs is well inside of recommended parameters and the problem was on John‘s portion of the project. The system is now running fine no thanks to Paterson plumbing.

*****. Definitely do NOT use this company!!! ***** Here is my brief experience. I sent requested pictures via text to Frank. He called back two days later with a very high verbal estimate. When asked why it was so high, he said "it is what it is". I politely asked that he send me a written estimate. His response? He became very angry, nearly screaming, "what are you going to do with an estimate, compare it to others? no, no, no, no, I'm not going to waste my time putting together an estimate so you can get pricing, no, no, no, no". I promptly hung up. Hahahaha...so, this is the world we now live in. Take it for what you will but you've been warned.

Do not recommend In readying a house for sale we had Patterson install new faucet/ divert or for a tub/ shower unit. When done it was difficult to turn off. Home inspectors also cited it as faulty and difficult to work . When Patterson was called they did not feel compelled at first to remedy it. After some " discussion" they agreed they would. They never did ! Helpful
