  Best experience! We just moved into a house and needed help finding where our septic tank was located. My husband was easily able to schedule a day/time with them. Sam and his colleague were very professional and helped to explain everything. They helped us decide what services needed to be done now vs later. Sam even showed us how to maintain some things ourselves to save trips in the future! We have definitely found the company we will be using for any septic services. We highly recommend Patriot Pumpers!

  This company is great and responsive. Dustin and his assistant did a great job. He inspected our septic tank and gave us some options and quotes. He was transparent about everything and was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was also very respectful of our property and didn't tear anything up that didn't need to be damaged in the process of septic inspection. Some companies dont care about your stuff, but he was very mindful of everything and asked for permission before he did anything. We would recommend and use this company again.

  Wow is all I can say. Patriot came and uncapped our septic tank and immediately realized that the issue was with the line in and not the septic tank. They recommended a plumber that could help, recapped the septic tank and smoothed the ground and would not take my money for the call. AGAIN, WOW! i did not think that kind of service existed anymore. And I know this, I may not need septic tank service often, but when I do, I'll call no one else but Patriot. Not even worth shopping it. So if you want honest, professional, and timely service, call on these hard working professionals. Highly recommended!
