  Horrible customer service. Paul promised to write a statement to take to court against my landlord, for me, explaining why they refused to come back out to my apartment and a list of what needs to be fixed. Nothing but lies and excuses. He never emailed me the letter. After weeks and weeks of calling and him making empty promises. Don't waste your money or time with this company.

  They charged 124.00 to stop at my home then charged 74.00 to install my own wifi thermostat never told me what there stop charge was. Not professional!!!

  Called because I had a problem with our heating system. Patrick came out to look at our situation. I gave him an extra star because some places won't even return a call. He came out, looked at our system, and left claiming it was just fine. It was not just fine. Our house was freezing at night because only a third of the house was being heated. I called Byron. He came out and looked at the issue. He showed me what was wrong, fixed it at no charge and taught me how to fix it myself. What was the mystery issue? Air was building up inside the pipes and the system was bound. The solution: Bleed the pipes at the wall heaters with a screwdriver. Byron got a customer for life. Patrick lost a customer and got this wonderful review. My family suffered for a week in the cold after Patrick came out while we tried to get someone to help us. Never again.
