  I personally love this place. They have many hard to find items ! Their nut and bolt section is Phenomenal!! They still carry minwax stains :-). Not to mention this is also a locally owned business. And he is a great guy who really cares about the needs of his community! Unlike Lowes where everything is C or D grade at A grade prices. I'm so done buying junkie hardware from the big outlets like Lowes ( low-quality). This True Value Rocks !!!!! 50 stars 🌟

  Always the place to find stuff, that you can't in most hardware stores! The people are extremely nice too.

  This is a well stocked and well run locally owned hardware store. The employees are always helpful and they have several employees who have vast knowledge of various repair methods and techniques for home related issues. Joe Pater, The owner of the store, is often on the floor himself and he works to take care of their customers. I prefer this local store to the big box stores. At times when the item I needed wasn't in stock or if a big box stores price was lower, Pater's True Value would match the lower price. They also can order many hard to find items such as unusual filter sizes, etc. Give this store a chance to earn your business. If you don't see what you are looking for, ask one of their diligent and hard working employees. It is nice to get just what you need, when you need it. Supporting local businesses help keep them here for when we need them.
