SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, & HOUSE. Flooded my home after an attempted washer repair had to order another part. Still able to use our washer by tapping the drain plug however they didn’t attach the drain hose back properly causes my whole Landry room to be flooded. Called to speak with someone and still waiting for a call back. If it wasn’t for the fact we were going through our warranty company I would never be doing business here ever.

Referred to us to repair a hood vent fan over our range. They sent a technician. He examined it and determined a new motor was needed. It was ordered. It took several weeks and they finally got the motor and scheduled a technician. They had to reschedule as they then decided they needed two technicians. Finally sent two technicians. The tech then decided he was unable to replace the motor because he could not access it. He said we either had to pull down the entire backslash on the kitchen, pull the unit out of the wall entirely and repair the wall or replace the entire unit. He claimed it was because the hood cover needed to be dropped. Upon his leaving I was able to google the owners manual, instal manual, and repair manual for the item. Nothing in the manual indicates dropping the hood which would also require severing all the wires. It instead merely stated to slide the chimney of the hood up to expose all of the internals including the fuse and motor housing. I was able to do this by simply standing on a ladder. We called them back to inform them and ask them to return with the motor. After over a week they did not respond to any phone calls, messages, texts, emails. Deciding we were being ghosted, we called the referring company who also reached out. “Oh well we cant do it”. They failed to research the problem, failed to look at the correct technical info or data on the machine, and then refused to admit their error and return and fix the item. Meanwhile the item itself which used to work intermittently they left completely inoperable. We did all the hard work for them and still they would not correct their error. Utter lack of work ethic, professionalism, or skill.

Assigned as a plumber via our home warranty company. They did not contact us within the established time and we understand there are delays with everything right now. We called them and was told they were trying to get their plumber’s availability and would call me back - we offered dates about a week out that we would be available if it would help with their scheduling. Two more days went by, and we called back. We were told that the office manager was currently in a meeting with the plumber. Not long after we called a text was received with an appointment time for 7/5 arriving 8-10am. The time came and went with no updates and as we attempted to contact the office, we eventually concluded they were closed for the holiday when even our home warranty company couldn’t reach them. This is the second time we’ve been assigned this company since April 2020, which for that one they actually refused to come service our request.
