  I always get several opinions to keep everyone honest. When I called this business I was quoted a price to inspect my ac and find a leak. When the tech arrived the price immediately went up. After he was able to find the leak very quickly he went back to the original price but tried to push an entire new ac unit on me. Their sales team called me and said the model air handler I needed replaced could not be found in the continental United States. Said a new unit was necessary and would be about $7,000. Another vendor found my air handler in stock and installed it for $2000. Beware of vendors like this trying to push products you don't need. I will not use Paschal again. UPDATE: After posting this review, I got a phone call from Paschal explaining their side of the equation. They apologized for not offering to sell me just a new air handler. I appreciate their apology. A lot of businesses don't care. Them calling me restored some respect.

  Walter with electrical section was phenomenal. So was his partner. I did not catch his name. They were both professional and polite. 11/10, would recommend.

  It’s a pleasure to share the experience I had with the staff and technicians. The joy to see that at least one company still had “CUSTOMER SERVICE” everyone I had contact with exhibited the up most respect and the ability to communicate at a level that even I could understand . I was kept informed about the movement of the project each day. The technicians work in harmony with one another they worked as one , very unusual to have each so knowledgeable of their trade. Their knowledge of the product they installed was over the top. I definitely would recommend the company to anyone that is in need of their services. I’m totally amazed at how one company could manage to bring that many people together with such knowledge and work together with no static at all. Even when the job got testy.
