The young man (Kevin) that did our service work today was very thorough with his maintenance check and very good at explaining the condition of our unit. He even provided pictures showing us what it was talking about. He answered our questions and explained resources available available to us that might save us from any potential problems in the future. We appreciated his attention to the service he was doing on our units.

The service was great! Michael was out technician, very friendly and professional. He had us fixed up in under an hour. I would recommend calling this company for repairs and they also have a great maintenance package available that includes discounts on future repairs. Will be calling these guys when I need my entire furnace replaced.

John was great. Very professional and courteous. He came in and addressed all of our issues and took care of the problem the same day. We've used Paschal previously when buying a new AC unit and they were great then too. We will continue to use them in the future for all our home needs.
