  Use Parzival Plumbing! What started out as a slow drain in our kitchen sink was unfortunately the result of an older pipe in our home that had collapsed. We had no less than 5 separate plumbing companies come out to the house to diagnose the problem, and we're happy we chose Parzival Plumbing to do the work. We had to completely bore a new kitchen line that went around the perimeter of our house which involved jackhammering a couple spots in our concrete, and going underneath the concrete and grass. I can enthusiastically report that when this whole ordeal was over - Parzival Plumbing did an amazing job completing and repairing this for us! Not only did they have the most competitive pricing, but the crew and owner of the company (Thomas) ensured that my wife and I absolutely understood everything they were doing. Their crew: Gunner, the lead on everything, Ivan, Ryan, Nick, Angel, Elijah – just simply demonstrated the utmost professionalism, work ethic and were just nice guys! They stayed well into the night working on this for 4 days, and they did a great job cleaning up! On top of the crew, Parzival also has a wonderful front-office staff (Alma and Carlos) – which is important because in our case, we had to obtain city permits and schedule the city inspection and Alma was instrumental in helping us with this. Overseeing all of this is the owner of Parzival – Thomas. He came on site to ensure that all was going smoothly, as well as text messaged and followed-up with us. Whether your problem is a small one or large one like ours, I give this company a ranking of 11 out of 10! Do not hesitate to use them for anything and everything that has to do with your plumbing.

  I enjoyed doing business with Parzival. Their prices are competitive. They provide itemized estimates so you can customize the service to you own needs. I appreciate that they use a customer service support team to communicate with the client, leaving the plumbers to do what they do best. I do get the impression that Parzival is going through some growing pains (which is a good thing!) as they were quick to respond to messages, but it took some time to get follow through on requests. I know they were dealing with some Covid related illnesses at the time, so that certainly could have impacted my impression. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Chris, Nick, Carlos, Thomas, and the rest of the Parzival team. I will definitely contact Parzival for future needs.

  This company was responsive when I requested a quote and happened to be able to send someone out the same day. I appreciated that they were proactive in making sure my issue would get handled. Gunnar arrived and was extremely professional and fast. The quote was within my expectations so I ended up not shopping around and had a new garbage disposal installed within an hour of his arrival. Before leaving he offered to take a look at any other plumbing issues I might have since he was already there. I appreciated the preventative maintenance approach and will definitely be using them again.
