  I do heating and air for another company. We were called out to a customer's house. After the company either ignored or never responded to any of the clients calls. This customer had a heat pump air handler installed by this company who offered them a 10-year parts and 10-year labor warranty for an extra $250. However they never returned her calls we ended up having to charge and install a new coil that was leaking which the customer was charged by us because it wasn't our warranty. The 10-year labor warranty would have covered almost over $1,000 repair that this customer had to suffer . If anyone is looking for heating and air make sure you do your research I've never heard of this company personally but felt so bad for the couple who never got a call back I even tried calling for them and they did not answer the phone buyers beware.

  Kevin Parr and his talented team have been servicing my entire family's HVAC needs for over 2.decades. My father started getting Kevin for his HVAC services on his rental and personal homes in the 90s. Since then he has been servicing my Mom's, brother's, sister's, and my HVAC units. They are always fair, reliable and here when we have any problems with our units. I highly recommend this honest, reliable company based on over 20 years of working with Kevin, Chuck and the rest of the Parr team.

  I've had two excellent experiences with Kevin and his crew. They have installed a ductless mini split system and a ducted mini split system in my 100-year old house in Charlottesville. In both cases, his team was on time or early, well-prepared, and efficient. The prices they charged were commensurate with their skill and professionalism, and were MUCH lower than the competing HVAC companies in Charlottesville. Kevin and Valerie quoted the job and set up installation within a couple of weeks in both cases, even during the height of the summer. I was especially impressed with how orderly and tidy they left the house when they were finished. I strongly recommend Kevin Parr and Parr's Heating and Air for HVAC projects - I am surprised and confused at the other review about their company, because everything about my two purchases (over $10k in work, total) was top-flight and highly satisfactory.
