  So sad to do this. But I make an effort to support our local businesses instead of the big box or online stores. I called to check if they had a part in stock. They did. I offered to pay over the phone but was told they could not do that. But they would hold it for me. I sent a family member to pick the part up but they had sold it. The customer service has always been good. What happened? I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
