  Reasonable rates, fast and super friendly team to work with. Had a winter plumbing crisis and they got here quickly and saved our basement! They also worked out a payment plan with us. I can't say that they'll do this with everyone but they helped us. Douglas Leitl and I can't speak highly enough about them. An absolute top-notch company in our book and we'd definitely use them in the future.

  Outrageous Mark up on material ,and false exaggerated labor hrs. And preformed the work incorrectly. Park falls plumbing thinks an invoice gives them a license to steal from their customers!! Don't believe them when they tell you they have the experience and knowledge too do the job. They just lied to me to get the job and had no idea what they where doing!!!!!

  Furnace went out this morning/last night. Called to have them come take a look somewhat early in the morning. House was freezing. they accused me of calling “to early” and hung up the phone. Found someone else who wants the work.
