  Paquette Plumbing showed up on time, they were very professional and thorough. They exceeded my expectation on the installation and clean up. Also the technicians took the time to explain how to operate my heat pump unit. I will use them again for any future problems and I would recommend them to friends and family.

  When you’re lucky enough to work with exceptional talent you should spend a minute to post a review and share your experience. Nick and Jody at Paquette Plumbing have become the perfect partner for my high traffic rental property in Killington. They offer a remarkable customer experience when it comes to expertise, friendliness, urgency, quality and availability. They always go above and beyond the call of duty! I’ve been working with the them for over a decade and I wouldn’t put my plumbing needs in anyone else’s hands. This past weekend when the temperatures dipped into the -20 range I had a new rental group call me with a burst heating pipe in the bedroom above the kitchen. This was the perfect storm with it being late in the day approaching the holiday weekend, the local hotels were booked solid and the house was uninhabitable for the group that just arrived after a 5-hour drive from NYC. Paquette Plumbing immediately called me back and their team worked overtime to identify the issue, suggest an antifreeze option to avoid this in the future and execute the fix. Overall, what I’m finding is a consistent level of extraordinary service! Thank you, Paquette Plumbing!
