  Our technician was Mark. On time, efficient with time. Replaced 4 faucets plus a tub spout. Very pleased with his work and would recommend Panther Plumbing!

  Wouldn't give estimate in advance. Replaced 2 regular valves in my bathroom and 2 dual stops in Kitchen; tightened a screw down on my exterior supply line. He was here less than an hour. Wouldn't use my parts. Charged $78 for parts; $180 in labor when I was told $125 for the 1st hour. Did a good job, but if I would have know the $254 bill for 4 shut-offs, I would have figured out how to do it myself.

  Good morning just wanted to follow up on your review our labor rate is $120.00 for the 1st half hour then $30.00 per quarter hour we do all work on a time & material basis. We do install owner supplied material however we do not warranty any material not supplied & installed by Panther Plumbing - I am glad that he did a GOOD job for you.
