  I had a good service experience with Pamela's Plumbing. They were prompt and came in the correct window of time, they were thorough and completed the repair in great time. I also liked the fact that it is a family owned business by a female. I would definitely recommend to others and continue to reach out to them should I have plumbing issues in the future.

  Pamela's plumbing was a great first experience! Their technician Chris came out and fixed our water main pipe leak in a quick & professional manner. Would recommend to anyone to use their services and would use them again without a doubt!! 👍👍

  My families initial experience with this company was good regarding our water heater replacement. And they then came out for our initial sump pump issue. Our insurance company used the same company to come out with issues we are having with our sump pump once again. This company informed our insurance company, that we hired a outside company to install electrical wiring regarding this pump, which is false!! Our insurance company denied our claim bc of this lie. My husband spoke to the owner of Pamelas Plumbing and she did not disclose to my husband that in their paperwork they said we hired a outside company all she said was that our insurance company denied the claim. This is all alarming to us because Pamelas plumbing was actually the last company to work on our pump and they did not inform me or my husband of any issues other then a stick being stuck in it!!!

  Hi Ms. Wilder, Thank you for your post but I would like to let you know that your information is incorrect. When we spoke to your husband Mr. Cheatham, we informed him that the claim by your insurance company denied it. We also explained that the wires to your sump pump had been cut and they were not cut a couple months ago when we were there. After speaking to your insurance company, we explained and had pictures from before as well as current pictures that they could see on their portal. We never stated you nor your husband hired an outside company. We apologize that you were misinformed and that your insurance company denied your claim. Please contact your insurance company to discuss further options/approvals as they are the ones to do that. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
