  Palm plumbing came out for a quote and said he would get back to me with a quote. After a week I called to check on the quote, Voicemail left, no call back. Second week goes by I called again and left a voicemail. No call back after coming out and saying someone will give me a quote. If he did not want to do the job he could have simply said, "At this time I am not able to complete this job for you, I recommend XXX for your plumbing needs." So unprofessional, do not waste your time.

  I called them earlier than most businesses are open and explained that I had a leak on my home's water pump. Joe came out, looked at it and recognized immediate what the problem was. It was fixed rather quickly and he let it run for a while to see how things were and gave me a referral to a well specialist since the problem is more likely going to be because of the water table being low. I highly recommend him most especially because he prioritized me ahead of a job that would have taken longer. Being aware of critical situations of customers is becoming a lost art and I appreciate that this still exists in businesses! I highly recommend him and would call him back for other home improvements!

  Spoke to Joe Palm twice to have him come out to my home. First time didn't return my call, called again (things happen) took my info..said he'd be out...never came nor called. He was recommended by someone who has worked at my home..and did a great job.
