  Called PMG at 8 o’clock in the morning because my furnace was not working. Steve came over by 9 o’clock that morning and had me up and running within an hour. Absolute class act from the office and from Steve. Will recommend PMG to anyone that asks. I will have them perform my periodic maintenance from here forward. Can’t say enough good things.

  Scheduled appointment for AC repair. Waited over a week because we heard the company was good, they never showed up and when called said that they called to cancel, neither my wife or I received a phone call. Also when called to inquire they quoted us another 10 days later with no compromise whatsoever, was given a bad attitude over the phone with their representative.

  Instantly returned my call on a weekend, quoted me below what they usually charge, got me on the schedule, effecient, service and even stood by his accedentaly low quote. Bowman's still have not returned my call, A Steady Flow did some work for us and didn't finish in the time allotted, had to redo some mistakes because they rushed what they did do, then charged nearly twice the anticipated cost. So glad PMG came to town to bring professionalism and reliability, they did my neighbors hot water heater and I've heard nothing but great things.
