  Jeff used to help us out with plumbing jobs. Even though we felt his prices were too high, we were happy with the work and professionalism. Suddenly, however, he stopped answering or returning calls - even ones for emergencies. We thought maybe it was something with us, but later learned that others in town shared similar experiences.

  WHAT A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! I contacted The Paige Company to assist with a failed hot water heater. I left a message after normal working hours, and received a call back from Jeff Paige promptly. He was professional, responsive, and competitively priced. The estimate was provided on time, and he was able to start work when I needed him. Jeff is passionate about his work. He demonstrated extensive industry knowledge, and reviewed product options with me in detail. We discussed the pros and cons of different materials/techniques, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Jeff was punctual, tidy, and pleasant. I am very happy with the quality work provided by the Paige Company.
