He was very compassionate and professional answering all my questions complicated by my hearing loss! He found a replacement for product no longer made and even gave me a referral of person able to install it! He went above and beyond my expectations with customer service. Thank you Nathen Susi

  They ordered a part for me that ened up being wrong. Not for any reason of mine. They charged me to restock the part. That said also the lady was very rude. Becarful ordering or buying anything from them. Ill never go here again.
