  P&S helped us resolving multiple plumbing problems. The team is responsive and dependable. We had Michael as our repair man today. He was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained what caused the problem, what he did to fix it, and what to expect. He ensured us he would be a phone call away in case any service related problem arises.   I highly recommend this plumbing service. I phoned in yesterday morning and was greeted by office worker Christine . I was looking for quotes/prices and she quickly gave me the prices and addressed some other concerns/questions I had. She was not only polite but straight forward and prompt. There was a question she could not answer and she asked if she could call me after she speaks to her boss or a plumber so she could give me a better understanding. I respected that ! And she phoned my wife back about 10 minutes later . Very sufficient ! And out of the 6 other companies I have called we have decided that once we are ready to do our plumbing work. It will be with this company. Thank you for being patient with us.
