  I thought going with a local service company would result in honest service for a reasonable price. This was far from the case. Ernie switched out a hot water heater that was covered under the manufactures warranty (parts only) and replaced a ~$60 expansion tank. The charge for these services were $2,000 for two hours of labor and expansion tank part.

  Ernie helped my wife and I right before a solid -5° NH chill. He was on time, communicative, and got the furnace back to full strength in no time.

  Ernie came to look at a heating issue related to a sensor in the radiant flooring. Unfortunately it is something needed to be fixed by the original installer, but Ernie went out of his way to find a way to fix the issue and keep the house nice and warm for now. He couldn’t fix it completely but refused to take any money. I truly appreciate his kindness and will not hesitate to call him or refer him for any future needs.
