Horrific experience. Glenn Tice illegally disconnected the water to my entire apartment building without notice. I called him to come help us, not knowing what had happened, and he robbed us in the driveway claiming that he had hacked our water meter via insider connections with the water company. He demanded cash to "make the problem go away" then attempted to intimidate us by having members of his crew (actually his kid and his buddies) show up and stand around while they secretly reconnected our water. I've filed a police report. Glenn Tice will likely attempt to retaliate against me for posting this review but his next potential victim deserves to see this.
