  Staff is friendly always smiling and helpful. Bruce the owner and of the staff will listen to you on what your doing and have a good idea what you'll need to get it done. If you buy something you did not need you can take it back and they will give your money back to you for that part

  Oye's has taken care of myself and my families for literally 3 generations worth. They do a great job servicing our AC/Furnace and they've always been great with other issues (plumbing, etc.). Of course, the store is great too. Shop local!
