After my heater just abruptly stopped working I called my issue into my home insurance. This company was sent out from my insurance. Long story short I ended up having to call them back out twice for sloppy work. We were left with out heat during the coldest nights of the winter. Oxfords service man thought connecting a new part to old burned connection wires was a great fix. The integrity of the work speaks for itself. I had to call my insurance back once again and ask them to please send someone else who knew what they were doing. Once I had a company come out that actually knew how to work on HVAC units we finally we able to get everything resolved. I ended up having to get my ENTIRE unit replaced!! Its costing me 1500$ even with my insurance. I would never, EVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Find anyone else.
