  We asked Owens Sewer Service to camera a sewer line before we purchase a house as part of the inspections I wanted done. I had previously worked in the industry and had good business relations with this company but being on the customer side now, I am not happy. After their work was completed, it took three days, many phone calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails from myself and my realtor in order for them to contact me back. They finally did, through email and simply sent me the invoice. Ok, fine, it had their findings on it which is all I needed but it felt very impersonal (no additional explanations or the option for me to ask any questions if I had any) and more importantly it was like pulling teeth to get when I am clearly in a time sensitive period trying to buy this house. My biggest complaint is very poor communication.

  Have had Jason snake my sewer line 3 times since we bought our house. He does a great job. We had a tree in our yard & tree roots to deal with. Tree is gone now so hoping we are good for a long time. But it's a great company.
