  This is the best Contractor/Construction company I have ever hired. After an emergency disaster of what seemed like every pipe under my house busting, they where at my home within hours although being swamped with other jobs. Their receptionist (Jessica) was very helpful, understanding, very polite and assured me they would be at my home before the end of the day. The guys were also very professional and most definitely trustworthy. I will definitely use them again for future issues that arise. I honestly can't thank this company enough.

  They are the best company in barnwell , they have the best plumbing , electrical work , painting , additions , remodeling and decks , they won’t let you down .

  I called these guys to get an estimate on some repairs on a house I was considering purchasing. Since there was no guarantee that I would eventually purchase the house, Mr. Owens stated that it would cost $75 for him to stop by the house and provide a written estimate. I certainly don't mind compensating someone for their time, and thought this was reasonable for a good faith estimate. Mr. Owens and I met on a Friday and discussed several projects. He was on the way to another job, but said he would stop back by later in the day to get measurements, and that I should have a written estimate by early the following week. Expecting to have received the estimate by this point, (Thursday), I called and spoke to Mrs. Owens, and she stated that Mr. Owens still needed to get measurements to produce an accurate estimate. Neither one bothered to call me to notify me of the delay, and allowed me to continue to believe that Mr. Owens had stopped back by to get measurements the previous Friday, like he said he would. If you are going to be successful in business, you can't say you are going to do something, and then not do it. You can't promise something by a certain date, and then let the date pass without communicating with the customer. You can't believe that your time is more valuable than the customer's time. These guys are young. Maybe they will figure it out at some point. I'm happy that this only cost me $75. In contrast, I requested a roofing estimate from 5 Star Roofing. They were on site the day after I called, and I had a written estimate 2 hours later. That's great customer service, a recipe for success.

  You were emailed your estimate and we did everything you've asked us to do with a weeks time. The estimate that you requested from us was much more than just for a roof. I have spoke to you on numerous occasions through email and by phone and tried to keep you updated and informed the best I could. When I first spoke to you I explained that we were extremely busy and we did work you in. We did everything you asked of us. Some estimates takes us a couple days or more to get back with the quotes and prices because of everything you are wanting done. We didn't just give you a price on just a roof we have to call and get prices on materials before we can give an estimate and that can take a couple of days or more. I talked to you via email on 19th of June when they came out, that I would email you the following week with an estimate (on that same day Mr. Owen's tried to call you two different times to tell you that he wouldn't be returning that evening to measure the roof that he would come the following week but he was unable to get you via your phone), I talked to you on the 25th of June and explained that the rain had us backed up and I did get you an estimate by the end of the day on June 25th that evening which was the following week that you had requested the estimate. You had an estimate in less than 7 days of us coming out. If you have any other questions or concerns you're welcome to call or email us.
