  We have been using Overman's for a few years now. We live in an almost 200 year old farm house so working on anything can be tricky. They never complain even though I know it has to be harder than working on a new home. They are always right there when we need them. Our air conditioning decided to go out on us during this 95 degree weather and they were right out. We got a quote and it came in under what we expected. They had to do some extra things they weren't expecting to have to do, yet they did not change the price from the quote. I am beyond pleased with our new unit, our service, and the quality and price. We've tried other places both local and non local, but when you need a big job done quickly for a fair price they can not be beat! Also my basement is cleaner than when they arrived! Seriously can't say enough good things.

  They showed up promptly and I was very pleased. Gave me a great verbal estimate. There, was the problem. Make sure if you use them you get an estimate in writing. I was told it would be around 400 maybe 500 at the most. I watched over the entire repair of my well head. I even assisted some. He told me prior to starting while giving the estimate exactly what he would have to do. And it was exactly what he did. Nothing unusual came about. Seemed straightforward and easy. But, when I received the bill a week later in the mail the bill was for 735 dollars. I was thinking since they didn't have to anything more than described in the verbal estimate it would be maybe 450. I was hoping closer to 400. So I called and asked why it was so much higher and they gave me some BS about how many hose clamps they had to use. I paid the bill and I hope I don't have to use them again. Although I may be digging my own hole because the are the only ones around this area that do well repair. I am in hopes they see my review and make it right. THey did do good work. I am a handyman and I give verbal estimates all the time. I would never dream of raising my price that much without explaining in detail why the price went up. I hope this helps other homeowners.
