  While most plumbers won't service mobile homes in parks, Ottagan Plumbing will! I highly recommend them because: 1.The service man was a great communicator by telling me where the problem was and how he was going to repair it. 2. He was up front and honest about the price, and gave me a quote for some upcoming future work that needs to be done. 3. He was friendly, respectful and honest. I would definitely call on this company again! Thank-you, Ottagan Plumbing!

  I was very impressed with Chris Peacock and Ottagan Plumbing. Woke up this morning to find we had no hot water and I began making calls. While I can appreciate how busy plumbers are right now, Ottagan was able to dispatch Chris to our house within a few hours. Chris was very respectful of our home and my wishes and desires for the job from start to finish. I really appreciate everything Ottagan Plumbing did for us today. Back in hot water business at our house! Five stars for Ottagan Plumbing!

  My husband and I are new homeowners and hired this company to install a new water heater and softener. They came and convinced my husband they needed to run gas and water lines clear across our basement so it might be easier to finish later (not true) and that it would just be "a little extra." In reality, it cost double to do this and we were not given our final price of several thousand dollars until the end (we provided a water heater and softener). We decided to let it go since we should have asked for a more specific estimate. However, a few months later we discovered that the gas line they installed had been leaking into our basement. It was just over 30 parts per million and the gas tech had to make sure they came out that day because they did not think it was urgent. I called and complained since they installed this line just for extra money, and then they used a fitting that was stripped. Rodney (the owner) called me and told me I was OVERREACTING and that "gas leaks are not dangerous." He stated that this happens "all the time." He proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I was "mean" because I stated that I would be leaving reviews and making sure everyone I knew heard about my experience. NEVER EVER USE THEM. They have 0 issues ripping you off and clearly do not take time to make sure the work they did is correct.
