Ostrom did a great job on the plumbing work they did for me this week.  I had 2 sink drains, a leaky tub faucet, and some other plumbing work.  The plumbers did quality work, finished quickly, were very professional and on time.  The cost was reasonable for the quality of their work.  I’d definitely use them again.

JP was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time, understood our needs and got straight to work. We had to relocate outlets and switches for our remodel work and he found minimally invasive ways of finishing the task and has great finish. The worksite was left clean after the job. The entire interaction was smooth from scheduling to billing and the company is pretty responsive. I would definitely be using their services again.

I recently had to replace my entire 29 year old HVAC unit. The thought of having to deal with it drove my anxiety through the roof UNTIL i called Ostrom. Daniel was wonderful to deal with, professional and was very knowledgeable and answered every question honestly. He offered several options to meet my financial needs and best balance for my home. The installation is darn near flawless and they spent more than 2 hours testing the unit before they finished! Calling Ostrom was a great decision!

I have used Ostrom Electric Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning several times. I continue to use them because it is always a pleasant experience. They always send a text and call before arriving . When they arrive, they take the time to ask all the right questions before they begin their assessments. After their assessment of the problem, they discuss options and pricing - I appreciate this being done up front.  Todays visit was a plumbing visit, and I appreciate Plumber Landon's professionalism and kindness  that he showed to my mother during his visit. I will continue to use this service.

Greg, Darren, Dan, and Landon were all available immediately ON A SATURDAY to help with urgent electric, heat pump, and water heater issues in our new house and we are so glad! We had a leak in our main water line. Ostrom was able to come out and pull a new water line through the old one without digging up our yard. They were on time, professional, efficient, hard working, friendly, and honest! The boys were able to do this big job without any damage to our plants. To be truthful if you hadn't seen the backhoe in the yard, you never would have known he had been there! The gentleman working the backhoe is a genius. Landon and his team today did an excellent job, we are extremely satisfied.

The folks at Ostrom responded almost immediately when the main electrical panel failed leaving us without heat.  PJ and Terence were polite, professional and stayed until after dark to get the job done and get the heat on.  The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work needed to replace the panel.  I was so impressed that I will now use them for all of my electrical, HVAC and plumbing services.  I recommend this company without reservation.

I called at 8am for same day service on a hot water heater (22 years old) that had flooded my downstairs.  The technician (JP) was here by 11am.  He was great to work with and answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured or “snookered” in any way :-) and am very happy to be back in business with hot water.  I highly recommend this company and will absolutely call on them for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.
