  Very nice and professional and will do whatever it takes to get your heat back on. Very very good prices. They do not take advantage of their customers like some others do in Sweetwater County. Thank you for your help and your advice.

  Dishonest. Make sure everything is in writing or recorded. Jacob tried to say he recorded a conversation where consent was given to do work we just wanted a bid on... If course he couldn't produce the recorded conversation when we asked for it. Slow. They bring extra technicians and charge double price but take twice as long. Late. Never arrived on time once. Criminal. After I questioned a bill and in talking with them they decided to go back to location entered the home without permission and took apart and stole parts of the unit. I think it's funny that one of their 5 star rating is from the owner... Just stay away from these guys. Not a good company.

  Fantastic.... Cant say enough about Jacob and his crew. I am a property manager and home inspector. Have done bussiness with Orlie's for many years. Would recommend.
