I phoned with a leaking and poorly performing water heater. They dispatched Stephen for same day inspection and consultation. He provided an immediate diagnosis and itemized list of work to be done. They made sure their quote was competitive and he completed the work on the next business day. He was prompt, polite, clean and efficient. Would absolutely use them again, and would request Stephen as our service provider!

I have used Orange Coast Plumbing for several years and have never been disappointed. Karen, who took my request was super friendly and responsive to my request for a certain time range. James Athens was the technician who responded. James was incredibly knowledgeable about ever facet of plumbing and the laws. He gave me great advice on water heaters and was very easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company and especially James Athens - a true asset to this company. Orange Coast Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will ever use.

Nolan is professional and knowledgeable and his experience is demonstrated thru his expertise in identifying the issues. He recommends solution and explains the process and timeline of what to expect. He goes over the information and explains the price quote. He is punctual and considerate, has supplies & tools needed and works 'till job is complete. He left area neat. I am happy with Nolan's excellent work. I will request him again, if I ever need plumbing services. I will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing services. Thank you Nolan
