We had to call on a Sunday which was after hours. We were desperate to get a backup dealt with. Although the fee was hefty, Alex, didn't leave until we at least had a temporary fix for the problem. The blockage ended up being a frozen dam and he needed some special tools in order to get the clog free. He showed up the next morning and didn't leave until he got the job done. We are so thankful. Start to finish this company was so great at communicating and working with us to get our problem fixed. Highly recommend.

Exceptional work replacing a traditional water heater with a new tankless unit, as well as adding a whole-house water softening system. We had the added challenging of the space being very tight but Alex was a pro and rerouted pipes and plumbing to accommodate. Couldn’t be happier with the final result! Great work, would highly recommend.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I called (on a Sunday night) until everything was fixed, Option One was responsive and effective. Trace and Jason were especially thoughtful and professional, making sure every detail was taken care of before they left. Trace in particular went above and beyond. I won’t hesitate to call Option One next time I need them.
