  I am so grateful for option one plumbing! Sammy, Ruben, Fernando, and Tim were who I worked with, and they were all SO fabulous! They did amazing prep work to keep the mess to a minimum, which I super appreciate. All their holes were dug so well, neat and tidy. They clean up after themselves, and where very respectful of our family and life situation. They work quickly and efficiently, and I just can’t praise them enough. Thank you!

  Absolutely worthless company. Have used them multiple times for both of my business locations. Never again! I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday of last week. They were able to get me scheduled for Friday. Then Friday they called me to say they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule me for Saturday. They typically have a weekend fee of $150 that they said they would waive since it was their fault they couldn't make it out. Seemed very reasonable and although I was frustrated that they changed the appointment, I was ok with the arrangement. Fast forward to Saturday morning and I get a text telling me they are going to need to charge me the $150 weekend fee and that's just the way it is. I explained that whoever I spoke with told me the fee would be waived and they said no, my supervisor is saying that was a miss communication. I'm like good business is a miscommunication?? It's time to move on and find a more reliable and reputable company. Don't waste your time and money playing these scheduling games. Option one just went to option never!!!!!!

  I tried to complete a shower repair and broke the faucet cartridge inside the pipe. My wife told me I needed a professional. I made 6 calls to plumbing companies, no one could help me today. I have 2 infant grandchildren and my mother-in -law living in the house. The gas and water was off. Option One said they could respond within 2 - 4 hours . Two hours later Tim with Option One was at my door. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 quotes. They both depended on how much damage I had caused. Within an hour the repair was made at a very reasonable cost, especially considering my short notification. Both my wife and are are very pleased with the work and the professional tech, Tim. Option One will always be my first call should I have any new plumbing issues.
