Option One Plumbing is awesome! They were quick to fit me into there schedule and sent a very experienced plumber by the name of Christian to fix my shower. Christian held himself very professional, polite and very informative in explaining everything to me. He did the job with expertise and had my shower up and running again in no time! Technician Shawn Gray was totally professional and honest. Shawn is someone you can feel comfortable with having in your home. He has a great demeanor and a great personality. Shawn is Extremely efficient in his work and Extremely knowledgeable about the work he does. I am very happy with the outcome of the job which Shawn did. We've used Option One for both major and minor issues in our old home and they are always top notch. Everyone on their team we've worked with (technicians, phone operators and managers) has been ultra professional, friendly and skilled. I appreciate their 3 tier pricing scheme-- let's you feel like you have a little more power in your choices rather than feeling backed into a corner like you often do with home repair.
