  We had Optimal Plumbing Solutions come out to quote a natural gas line install underground to a grill from the house. The technician arrived on time and was professional. There was a $49 fee involved to quote the work. The quote came out to $2,890.39 which was $1,390 higher than the price we went with. We used a different contractor who did not charge us to quote it and installed it the way we requested which was the most direct route. I believe they quoted the work high so they didn't have to get the work so that's okay. I'm kinda annoyed at how much they were over all the other bids and the fact that the technician didn't want to bury the line under the deck as requested. We also had to pay for a quote we ended up not going with. Below is a picture of the trench we ended up doing that the technician did not want to do with Optimal Plumbing Solutions.

  Mark was informative, didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. He kept me informed during the entire process. I definitely appreciated the Optimal rug placed at the front door and foot covers being worn. Extra care impresses me! Also, I was working from home, he was mindful of this and did a such a great job that I never heard a sound. All around he did an excellent job.

  My plumber was super nice and very quick with his services, but did arrive after the appointment window we had set. Also, the fix needed was fairly simple, but he did so before I told him it was okay; I was only prepared to pay for the inspection services, but ended up with a bill double that for something, after learning what it was, I could have done myself. The plumber was very friendly and efficient, but my landlord didn't cover the fee of the service because he didn't approve of the service (which was performed without my approval). For someone in a different context, I'm sure this would have been 5 star service, so I still rank 4. But I do warn to only call if you need the job done right away!
