  Jay was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and truthful with us. I truly appreciate a straight shooter. He told us what we needed to do, what he would do, and was just a genuine guy. Not to mention he was also training someone! Thank you Jay! We will definitely use ontime service again!

  Our furnace stopped working. We called to make a service appointment. Even though it’s a Saturday, our customer service rep, Nathan Walker, came on the same day and called before coming. He explained things well. Unfortunately, we will be replacing our 20+ yr old unit. Nathan helped us with financing & our new unit will be installed in 2 days. He really represented On Time with knowledge of their products and he was friendly.
