  While we were on vacation, our water heater sprung a leak and ruined our basement! We filed an insurance claim and had a restoration company come out to start cleanup and repair. They recommended Only Plumbing to deal with the water heater, as they had worked with them in the past. Patrick from Only Plumbing got in touch with me quickly and came out on a Sunday afternoon to look at the problem. After testing things, he found that our expansion tank had failed, and caused the water heater to rupture, which means the water heater is covered by insurance. He took his time explaining everything to me and wrote everything up in a very detailed way that would get insurance to cover the heater as a loss (vs us having to pay for it). Patrick ordered us a new heater and expansion tank, and was back out to the house to install it that Tuesday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a better job installing the new heater than whoever put the original in one did! He also offered to speak with our adjuster if they fight us on paying for the water heater, which he said they probably will, knowing insurance companies. Once we get past the pain of paying our insurance deductible and the holidays, we will have Patrick back out to do a few other plumbing jobs. I would highly recommend Only Plumbing, and especially Patrick to anyone needing plumbing work!

  This place of business is a ripoff that constantly misleads the customers. They installed a sewage ejector pump in my basement several years ago. The pump wasn't being used as the basement was being completed. Once I was ready to use the pump, after several times of testing it the collar around the check valve cracked and spilled gallons of water into my basement. I called Only Plumbing during after hours on a Friday night after finding my receipt to figure out the type of warranty they provide with their services. A total of 72 hours had passed and I never received a phone call regarding my inquiry. I called and spoke to an associate named Brian who he referred himself as the company manager. After telling him my issue he goes on to say the warranty is only good for a year, which would be very understandable if that key component was listed somewhere on my receipt. His response when I asked about the warranty was the technician should have told me the length of the warranty. A person can tell you anything but if it isn't notated on a signed document it means absolutely nothing. He told me my only option would be to have them come back to my home for a service call, which is $150 per hour, plus any parts I may need. I simply requested some type of compensation for the part I bought and installed myself. The check valve they sold me was listed for $50 and marked up double if you would have went to a store and purchased it yourself. This area of customer service by Brian was inconsiderate and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would much rather deal with a company that's trustworthy and honest, two qualities I didn't receive when dealing with Brian of Only Plumbing.

  My experience with Only Plumbing was fantastic! I called in after having an EXTREMELY high water bill, which naturally I freaked over. The girls at the office were very prompt with the scheduling, and were even able to get me on that same day. The technician that came out was very courteous and professional. It took him only two hours to repair. He was very friendly and diligent in getting the job done. It was very reasonably priced, and I was amazed at their responsiveness. I definitely will be telling my friends about Only Plumbing!
