Brad was very nice. I just had service the night before and he took that into consideration. He did not upcharge me as he could have. Then on top of that, he changed the batteries in my thermostat, replaced a filter, and changed by light bulb. I am very grateful for him and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for a fast and trusty service.

Prior to his arrival, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, texted me a photo of the tech, Aaron. Aaron was very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and tried to get it resolved but was not able to because a part was needed. My unit is older and he told me they may not be able to get the part and if they did, it would be a temporary fix. He advised that the best option would be to have a new unit installed and gave me quotes and gave me a price range for monthly payments. I understand that he doesn't work in the side of the company so I called the office, spoke with Angie, went through the paperworking, thinking that it was going to be in-house financing as I was led to believe. About 30 minutes later, I got a call back stating that the financing did not go through as it turns out they use outside financing. She then asked if I had someone who could co-sign with me (I do not) and then started suggesting other finance companies I could check with to possibly get financing. I told her none of that was an option for me because I did not want to have my credit pulled that many times and if they weren't able to get the financing for me, then we would have to just repair it. I asked her about the part Aaron had mentioned and asked if they had been able to or would be able to locate the part. She told me because of the time of day (it was 5 pm) all of the parts warehouses were closing and it would be the next morning before they could try to locate a part. As of 10:00 a.m. the following morning, I had not received any updates so I called and spoke with Cody, who didn't know anything about what was going on but offered to find out what he could and call me back. When he called me back, he stated that they didn't have the parts in stock and that I would need to contact another company. They didn't try to find the part and after I wouldn't get a new unit installed, they made it very obvious that they weren't interested in assisting me further. I had already contacted another company prior to receiving this information, who was able to diagnose the issue and find the part in Greenville in less than an hour and will be getting the part today in order to repair my heat. Obviously, something One Hour Heating and Cooling could have done if they had wanted to but since I wasn't spending the money on a new system, they didn't want to be bothered.

Brooks went above and beyond the call twin back my satisfaction satisfaction. After an annual maintenance call this morning caused an issue this evening by re reattaching leads to rusted contact. Brooks didn't took his time to recheck the entire maintenance check this morning. I'm in the service industry myself and I was impressed so that's saying something...
