  Woke up this morning and had no hot water. After calling several other plumbers, On Deck was able to send somebody out today, diagnose and fix the hot water heater. Very good communication and the tech arrived on time and the whole job was completed within an hour. I definitely recommend On Deck Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for the quick service and fixing the water heater.

  After several failed attempts and another company coming out... I reached out to OnDeck Plumbing. They were there on time, were able to detect all the issues, and corrected everything that day (having to return later that evening to complete one issue). They were very professional, focused on the issue, knowledgeable of everything that was needed to repair and had all the tools on site to fix everything. After the repairs, they cleaned up everything, leaving no mess at all behind. I started my morning with an upstairs shower working, and ended my day with two fully functioning bathrooms and kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the professionalism they show and amazing service they provide!

  OnDeck did a great job replacing the drain line from the house to the city sewer. I had a tight window of 3 days to get it done and they got right to it wasted no time, and got the job done. Pricing was great (not the most expensive, not the cheapest, exactly where you want it). Mike was very responsive to my questions throughout the process. Would definitely do business with them again.
