  Chris King was very prompt and does great quality work at a competitive price. He was able to repair our old drain that was causing water to pool on our hardwood floors in the kitchen. He was able to get to us very quickly and we sustained no permanent damage to our floors! Would totally recommend his work to anyone.   My daughter purchased a home in Alabaster and we live in NE Alabama. She had a small issue the week she moved in. I contacted Chris and he was kind enough to try to assist us over the phone by directing us on what needed to be done, but we ended up having to have him to come out to the house and he was there the next day. She had another issue with her tub a week later and within 2 days he was there taking care of it. This momma is very thankful for Chris and his willingness to ensure the issues were resolved properly. His promptness and courtesy did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend On Time Plumbing and will continue to refer Chris to anyone in the Birmingham area. If only he worked in our area, I would recommend him here too. Top notch and very reasonable!!   Chris and Brandon came and unclogged my drain downstairs! Super professional, on time, and got it all taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
