  Came out the first time to reconnect the sink. I made another appointment to return the following week to finish installing our main sink in the kitchen, and the company set us up twice. No call, no show. I had to call the company to see what haopened they promised that they will be back the next day. I ended up calling another company who came out and installed the ssink. The workers came in the house with muddy boots, no boot protector /cover .

  Patrick and On-call plumbing were quick to install my tankless water heater after the Texas snow storm in 2021. I was able to get the water heater 1 week before the major plumbing companies. Product: Navien 180s

  Didn’t show up for the appointment. Had to re-silicone the shower twice after they charged me 200 dollars for a job that didn’t work and takes about 20 minutes. When the problem persisted they told the warranty company that they didn’t know what to do. The woman who handles the calls is very nice that’s about the only positive.
