  We had them come out to give us an estimate on an install of a transfer switch for a whole home generator. After the initial estimate, we decided to purchase the generator, tanks, switch, along with the installation of the products through Best house Services. Within four hours of my call this morning, my work technician Bo gave me an estimate and then installed a whole house water filtration system. All I can say is, “Wow!” Thank you Best Home Services!

  On February 17 during our “Winter Storm” we had a back up issue. We called it in at 8:30pm. Our tech called around 9pm, and made the drive in the ice from Waco having to do about 15 to Harker Heights. He had our trouble resolved in about an hour. Even in the cold he took his time and even had us try to overload the system to insure the clog was clear. As a small business owner, I appreciate their excellent customer service and response time, in the weather. Problem reported to fixed was about 3 hours, in icy conditions. While I hope to never need them again, their number has been saved in my phone!

  Giovanni arrived to repair a small leak in our main water line. He did an superb job! Took the time to clean the corrosion off the line and it looks wonderful!
