  When our longtime plumber retired, we had trouble finding someone to come look at our aging water heater. Richard, who came to give a quote, was a personable fella. After sending us an estimate however, they completely ignored us even though we tried emailing, calling and texting for about 4 weeks. It's not easy to find good help here, but I'm saddened to see such a decline of common courtesy.
