Mr. Oliver did an excellent job replacing our septic field lines. He's enthusiastic about his work and takes pride in a job well done. He was willing and able, even eager, to explain all aspects of the project. (I was very inquisitive.) The job went swiftly and on the understood timeframe. The new system was installed in 1 day; inspection occurred the 2nd day; and the job was completed (landscape restored) with a few additional hours on the 3rd day. I highly recommend Oliver Plumbing for any septic-related work.

***************************UPDATE******************* Ernest oliver is Now suing me, For him being thrown off a job, when I asked for a second opinion! BEWARE of this Joker! Dear Oliver Plumbing. This letter is to inform you that there is a dispute with the property at 342 Ducktown Street, your company started to perform work on. The work that was performed was not to the clients needs. The property, as stated, had a High water table that we discussed before the first payment and signing of the contract for $5500 for the work to be completed. Since the actions of your employee, with his attempts to intimidate the trustee of the property by threatening to get the home condemned and lawsuit, in our opinion, doubt was created in our minds on the competency of the work. So we asked it not to be filled in until we could have a third party inspect the installation and consult with Hamilton County inspections. Your employee continued to attempt to intimidate our Trustee. These actions were threats and Ernest Oliver was asked to leave the property until a third party could inspect. Since obtaining two other of your peer company quotes, and consulting with the Hamilton County Building Department, we are convinced the work was done improperly. We as the property managers felt the work, was rushed, and were placed too deep for the water table. Our first hint was when your company stated on the phone “ This tank will have to be pumped twice per month.” This along with your actions we felt, the absolute need to have a third independent party. When we stated this to your employee the employee became irate and began backfilling the work, to hid the depth of the lines in question, this is when he was asked to stop and it escalated to the point of him being asked to leave the property until a 3rd party could inspect. work has yet to be finished, and the grading of the yard is not properly done. We have since had two bids to repair the job that your company has created, that run on average, 3500.00 to dig up, raise, and regrade the property and the septic system, that was installed. There is also damage done to the neighbors yard, which needs to be repairs from your heavy equipment such as an excavator driving on his property. The work remains to be incomplete, and your company members continue to contact, threated and attempt to extort the balance due by threatening a lawsuit, for treble damages. This letter is to clearly state why we are not paying the balance, when the work was never completed. Once the system properly installed, and the grading of the property is completed, we will release the balance owed, of the agreed 2500.00 dollars as per the written contract. As of July 6th, 2015 the work has yet to be finished, and the grading of the yard is not properly done. Thomas Morgan Trustee Of the 342 Ducktown Land Trust.

Mr. Oliver was fantastic. He was honest, fixed our problem promptly (same day!) and saved us over $200 according to quotes we got from some "big name" companies. I strongly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, explained in detail what needed to be done, and did not charge us for initially examining the plumbing issue. Incredible service!
