We contacted Old York Heating & Cooling to find out why our Geo Thermal wasn’t working to produce heat.  They were prompt and came to our home the next available business day.  Randy, from Old York Heating and Cooling, was able to locate the issue which required a new fan motor.  Even though our Geo Thermal is over 20 years old, Old York was able to locate the part and have it installed in about a week.  The service cost and repair were reasonable and comparable to previous service repairs from other vendors we have had on our Geo Thermal.  Our heat is now working and we were satisfied with the repair.  We will certainly be using Old York Heating & Cooling for future maintenance of our Geo Thermal.

Had a new oil furnace installed in January.  They were on time, respectful and always pleasant.  Some items needed a few adjustments afterwards and Randy went above and beyond to make sure everything worked smoothly.  He explained everything to me without being condescending.  I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were very honest and knowledgeable. I called another local plumber who suggested my boiler needed either total replacement or $6000 worth of repairs. Old York came and immediately identified a simple mixing valve as the issue, which was a few hundred dollars. I appreciate  their honesty and expertise and will be calling them back!

They replaced thing on my a/c three times in under three weeks and My a/c still didn’t work. We went with a different company who said our a/c need to replaced and the work old York did should have never been done. We have spent a lot of money for no reason with old York. Old York even told us we shouldn’t have any problems anytime soon and it was under a week later the unit didn’t work at all. I will never use this company again.

On June 12, 2020 we were called for the system not cooling down the house.  We were asked what our service call would cost, our service call price was quoted and told that any additional parts would be extra.  Our Technician arrived to the coil frozen which was not able to be worked on.  The filter was totally plugged and filthy due to lack of maintenance.  Technician did not charge for service call.
We went back at the request of customer to replace the thermostat.  The system was working properly when technician was done.
We were called back 1 month later and found that the blower motor in the heating unit was bad and had to be replace.  That was on the furnace, we never worked on the air conditioner.
It seems that the other company is slandering us and trying to sell you new equipment instead of trying to fix existing equipment.  We see that on a daily basis.
We do not understand why we gave you poor customer service.

Great service from these guys. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. They came out super fast and replaced it the next morning. Their pricing for install was very reasonable too!
