  I was referred to Old Town Plumbing through my home warranty company to replace my water heater. Thank you Ken Jr, for your hard work, courtesy and professionalism. Ken’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I genuinely felt like he cared about my property as if it was his own. He consistently followed up and went above and beyond. I have dealt with plumbers in the past and Ken is a the ideal person you would want to work on your plumbing needs. Kim was also very kind and courteous.. she would note all of my concerns and call the warranty company regarding any important details that I may have forgot to mention to them So I wouldn’t have to. I believe this group is a shining example of what good business should be. Thanks again Ken Jr and Kim!

  Old Town Plumbing was dispatched by my home warranty company to help me with a leak in my kitchen sick and a leak in my bathroom; they came out and tried to convince me that it wasn't actually a leak and if I just turned the knob to switch the water flow from the shower to the bath a few times it would all drain out and not leak. Of course I had already tried that so we did it together and he watched as it continued to leak. So he confirmed that it was in fact a leak and told me he'd gotten the notes etc and would call me to let me know about the parts he needed etc. and in the meantime I would need to work with my HOA to get water shut off times. I did my part and I have now been calling Old Town Plumbing every ~2 days for 2 weeks and leaving voicemails and no one will call me back. I finally got in touch with someone last week and they said their computer systems went down and that they'd call me back that afternoon. Never called. I got someone again this morning and she said she was going to put me on hold while she pulled my information. Left me on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on me. No answer when I tried to call back. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare. Stay away.

  Old Town Plumbing was scheduled through 2-10 home warranty twice. We had 2 technicians arrive: Ken and his assistant. Not knowledgeable, not professional. They do not have shoe covers and asked for rags, etc. They have zero experience with tankless water heater systems. They didn't even think of looking up and contacting the manufacturer of the water heater for technical support. Do not recommend, will never use again.
