  Our old water heater (20+ years) started leaking very slightly last week. I contacted Mike on Aug 28. I was debating between getting a replacement from one of the hardware stores and possibly doing the work myself. After talking to Mike I decided to go with Ohio Water Heaters. They provide the professional series heaters. Mike scheduled my install for Monday morning. Billy arrived promptly at 8:30 and was out by 10:30. He was very professional and friendly! Old heater removed and taken with him. Very clean installation. Very pleased, and will definitely use Ohio Water Heaters in the future.

  The pilot light on our 11 year old water heater decided to quit working and we decided to replace the old girl with a new tank. After checking out several businesses we decided to go with Ohio Water Heaters for our work and was very pleased with the outcome. The professionalism of the owner was great and his installer "Chris" did and outstanding job for a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

  After needing a replacement water heater tank, we asked Chris to also move it to a better location in the basement as the original was so close to a wall that we had to squeeze past it just to access the front of it and also our furnace. Not only did he move the tank, but installed a drip tray and drain pipe that originally wasn't there and hung all of the piping up tight against the ceiling much better than the original piping we would have to duck under. Overall, a much better quality job than whoever installed the original tank (was already there when we bought the house). We would recommend Ohio Water Heaters to anyone.
