  I really hate to give a 4 star review. I actually really love Maureen and Renny is a great plumber and very nice guy. However, I had him come to my home a total of 3 times because two of the times he did not have what he needed for the job and I had to wait another week then another 2 weeks to get back on the schedule to have everything taken care of. He did great work, and the rates quoted before the work began are great, but I ended up with a much larger bill than expected for the time he actually spent in my home. I'm wondering if I was charged the first 15 minute rate every time he had to come back. I couldn't really read everything he wrote on the invoice. This was all strange to me because usually plumbers and contractors I work with have materials on hand or just stop by Home Depot and pick up a part then come back the same day to finish the job.

  I called them at midnight after we were dealing with a leak for two hours. I wasn’t sure they would pick up so I hung up and immediately got a call back. Maureen walked us through clearing our pipes and shutting off our water line since Renny was out of town. We are scheduled for service with them and are so thankful for the help in the meantime. Amazing service

  Always reliable, friendly reasonable prices. In this case our water heater went out and was leaking. He called me back within 10 mins while he was at the doctor, talked me through how to mitigate the leak until he could get there. Came over right after his appointment and took care of biz. Have used them for over 10 years
