  Was told no estimates would be given for any job, then told whatever it costs is what it costs. After I asked again why he’s the only plumber I’ve ever heard that doesn’t give estimates, he responded “ that takes up my time, I can either do the job or not” save your money there are plenty of people that will call you back and get fair prices for estimates…
